online because i need as soon as possible .i bought plans from alan ginsberg but it will take some time to arrive here from uk .and the guy who coud made regulators for me have a small amount of time to spend in my project . so i need very soon …THANK YOU VERY MUCH sylvain
i ran 2 hrs to go at montreal concordia university library to have a copy of couple of pages , the two x 4 keys regulator of the garvin’s book … when i arrived .. the book was stolen 
!!! lol. it seemms people like this book ! lol…i returned to home empty hand ..another 2 hr of road … well
than i found one copy at ottawa university… .. finally they dont have . 
than i found a copy at washington dc usa .. they can send to me at my local library but .. in how many light years ?, thanks turquoise

Well, my only advice is to call some makers that live in your area, and ask them the same questions.
I didn’t fully understand your situation. do you have regulator on your set (or those will be your first regulators)? does the person who you want to make your regulators make UPs?
