It’s hard for me to believe that it has been over a year since I launched my Low whistle website, the pipersgrip. While I am generally happy with it, it is still along way from where I envisioned it at the begining. Unfortunately my schedule keeps me from devoting the amount of time I would like to on the endeavor, so I thought I’d see if anyone would be interested in contributing to the site. One section I would love to see submissions on is the “Techniques” section, one that has been completely ignored by me thus far. Any articles, short or long that people would like to submit as technique hints or descriptions would be very welcome. I would also welcome any submissions of new questions (and answers mind you 
) for the FAQ section.
Also, I was thinking I would open up a new section within the instrument review section where I could post other peoples low whistle reviews. This would give readers a chance to read other peoples opinions besides my own biases. Reviews do not need to be any where near as detailed as mine, photos and sound samples being completely optional. You can also submit reviews of whistles that I have already reviewed, a great way to refute me if you think I’m way off base. Keep in mind that the site is limited to low whistles, my definition being from the key of low G and below.
I don’t know if this will work, just thought I’d give it a shot and see if anyone was interested. My goal was to have a website that was a great onestop resource for the low whistle, not a private podium for my own opinions on them. Feel free to PM if interested or if you have any questions.
