You might want to do a search first; Moore flutes have been mentioned here often in the past, as recent as last month actually.
Of course, I don’t mind repeating my opinion, which is that Moore flutes are the worst flutes I have ever tried.

Cylindrical bore plastic flutes will never be close to the real stuff. Often, they are even unplayable, worth less than the little money they cost. There are loads of them out there, some can acctually play.
The only one I’ve tried is the Dixon PVC, which plays. It’s good for the money, but can be very frustrating trying to get a sound of. I’ve heard loads of bad stuff about the Moores.
