You people in Singapore are sooo lucky to have like-minded people! The IrishTrad population density here in Malaysia, is like, well … psychih also knows how ‘dense’ it is here…
Not sure there are that many in Singapore, frankly. I’m no Irish trad person myself; I just play the whistle.
It’s probably just that you all are spread over a bigger area than us here in tiny Singapore, so it’s easier for us to get together.
Like Eldarion said, it would be fun if you all could come south and visit us someday.
Just letting any invisible Singapore whistlers/fluters/fidlers/hitter of dead skins etc. know that we will be having a slow session (that is, a beginer oriented session) at my place this sunday, and you are welcome to come along and join in. We have put up a few slow recordings of some tunes we will play at the electric muse website so you can learn them first. Email Eldarion or myself for details!! (I only read my mail at work, he reads his a night (I think)).
Hopefully we will see you Sunday!
