Please be so good as to expand upon what you’re hinting at.
yer picture doesn’t show up for us
you can see it because your computer has stored a copy in it’s cache (and is using the stored one 'cause it’s quicker…)
the server that the picture lives on is not serving because it only serves those it has been told to.
you have to have no copies of the picture open on your pc (in a tab/window/whatever)
then you clear your cache and click preview. if it shows then click submit
