I was asked recently by the local paper to appear in an article about myself and the local Irish music scene.
The article came out today. Here it is:

I had no control over the writing or photographs but I was pleased with what they came out with.
Well, except that they kept calling me Katz instead of my name Richard. Writers seem to do that a lot for some reason.
Cheers! Richard
What, exactly, is a Villeann?
It never ceases to amaze me how the press always seems to get this instrument’s name wrong… never fails.

There’s a right ?
~~
If this instrument followed the rules of scientific nomenclature, Shakespeare would own the precedent and you’d be players of the woolen pipes.

You can’t teach an old Katz new tricks — or can you? Local bagpiper Richard Katz began playing the pipes…
Because otherwise the pun in the writer’s lede would have had to be built on ‘Dick’ instead of ‘Katz’.

There’s a right ?
… doesn’t seem to matter which of the accepted names they choose.
