This set is a second hand half set I bought a couple of years ago. I’m selling it because I have a new full set and I need the cash 
It plays very well, I recently had the bag and stocks replaced, so it’s all airtight. The chanter isn’t the loudest chanter I’ve played, but I suspect it’s one of ray’s narrow bore chanters (which are meant to be quieter).
The only problems I can see, (well they’re not actually problems so to speak) is that the finger holes have been bored… god knows why this has happened, but it has had no ill effect on the sound. One other thing is that the bass drone reed is a little temperamental; I’m trying to get this sorted out.
Overall I recommend this set to a beginner/intermediate piper who is looking to upgrade his/her practice set to a half set. I originally bought this set for about £1,150; but it needed a lot of work.
