The strength to keep going on those days when I wish I could lie down and never get back up again.

music and friends

God’s amazing grace.

Education

The fact that it’s not supposed to snow tomorrow and the fact that I only have to do this once a year.

(I really dislike having all the dishes to wash afterwards. Someday I’m having Thanksgiving dinner in a restaurant with no fuss on my part.)

being able to live in a country that is relatively free.

(Although I would like it to be more free. )

England losing to Croatia last night

And beer, I’m thankful for beer.

And whisky.

Steak as well, I’m definitely thankful for steak.

In fact cows in general are worth being grateful about.

Sheep and pigs too.

And chickens.

Ooh, of course turkeys as well considering it’s what you’ll all be eating today.

I’m thankful for friends and family to share these with.

“Thank you very much for the Aintree Iron,
(Thank you very much, thank you very very very much)
Thank you very much for the Aintree Iron,
( thank you very very very much!)”

You name it, I’m grateful. But Ale, Whisky and Music come high up the list.

So I say
Thank you for the music, the songs Im singing
Thanks for all the joy theyre bringing
Who can live without it, I ask in all honesty
What would life be?
Without a song or a dance what are we?
So I say thank you for the music
For giving it to me

My life is definitely better for the lot of you!

Hey, you up there! One post to a customer!

Sheesh. The nerve of some people.

OK, I’m thankful for being able to change people’s lives. Getting paid for it is kind of nice, too.

It’s possible to be thankful for more than one thing at more than one time.

I’m thankful I’ve got a brush.
