Howard Low C (Nickel) for sale or trade at great price

Dear Whistlers

I have an Howard Low C, which has turned out to be just too big for me. I would like to trade it for an Overton Low G or D (with a little extra cash from me for the diff.) Or trade it for part of teh value of a good Irish flute.

And if all else fails I will take $90 for it, it is absolutely mint, just too big!!!

Thanks guys

Of all Howards this IMHO is the best if certainly not the easiest.
Low whistles grow up on you. Some day like in a year or less, you’ll find them easy. Exercise your finger spread and strength, is all.
Next thing you know, you’ll want a low A, or Bb…

Keep your big C, man.

I see you’re a student. Find some more job, and keep these whistles (including your Greenwoods).

Some day, you’ll miss them sorely and just later you’ll find yourself providing the same geezer advice as I do now…

In a nutshell, DON’T thank me for this bump on your sale

Thanks for the advise.

Really it is an issue of time for the C and Greenwoods. I am a soldier in the Army as well as a student. But if that’s not enough I am the woodwind guy for The Burnt Haggis Band. Which means I really have to focus on performance music, and I can’t play that many instruments at once. Plus, I find the Greenwoods are too quiet for our acoustic performance, perfect tonally but I don’t have the time to keep the familiarity.

We don’t see much key of C, but I have a Copeland to cover it. So it isn’t the money, just preference and musical pragmatism.

Thanks though

Mark

Dear whistlers

I would also love offers for a trade of an M&E for small hands polymer.

Thanks
