I’ve left this book up on Boxnet a lot longer than I planned to. Just dropping a quick note to say that the file hosting will expire next week, so if you were waiting to download the free copy of the scan, please don’t miss the boat. Thanks again for the effort. Just picked up the book again last month and started typing out ABCs after a break.

Have you considered posting it to the Internet Digital Archive: http://www.archive.org/ ?

It’s a bit like Project Gutenberg, but with historic material of all types.
