I am finding out that between school and my husbands new passion for ice climbing, I am not doing very much whistling. That being said, I have two wonderful whistles that are being woefully neglected and really should have good homes. Here they are, at prices that are SO good…
Alright look - somebody do this NOW. Even I, a metal/plastic freak, am experiencing severe rumblings of the id (as in idiotic) at the thought of a blackwood TW at $150…
I would have to sell my Bleazey… nah
or
sell my O’Riordans… wife would kill me
or
sell my Lancewood Syn… nah
or
sell my Redwood Hoover… nah
or
sell my Weston… nah, too sweet
or
sell my Rose… nah, not yet, well maybe
Hey Andrea-- are you climbing ice too? Sheesh-- I love the mountains, but that’s too much like work!
FWIW-- I remember that particular whistle as I personally delivered it to Andrea in Buffalo en route to visit Charlene’s family (and Glenn) in Michigan. Macacauba is beautiful blood red (dark wood) and is very hard and dense.
Of course, the Thin Weasel is also very special. Andrea-- think twice about selling that one. I can always make you another if your Ron gets his fill of climbing, but ya ain’t gonna find any more new Weasels!
Just incase you haven’t seen…both whistles are sold! Thanks to all you folks who emailed me. I was SWAMPED with “ME! ME! ME!” within minutes of the post.
I was out most of the day and into the evening so I was real tardy with replying to some of your emails. I really apologize. Both whistes were sold so I thought it was safe. You should have seen my face when I got home and checked my mailbox!
YES! You can always count on me for super deals! I need a title or something!
