Just when you’d thought you had heard the last of me,
I bribed the guard, so I’m out for the night.
It’s Christmastime again, time to spread good cheer,
When many of us are thinking,
thank God,
…we made it through yet another year.
So,
be kind to neighbor, employee, and friend.
And if you should feel the need to step upon your fellow man,
check first the bottom of your boot,
…to see where it has been

~ Our path is worn, our feet are poorly shod,
we lift up our prayers against the odds,
and fear the silence is the voice of God.
Like falling stars from the universe we are hurled,
down through the long loneliness of this world,
until we behold the pain,
and become the pearl~ Emmylou Harris
If the only prayer you say in your life is thank you,
that would suffice. ~ Laura Moncur
