I wondered if some members tried the Hammy Hamilton Low-Whistles (D or Eb)? I intend to buy a HH Low Eb, cause it seems very nice, both in caftmanship and sound.
Some opinions? Thanks in advance!

Thanks Feadoggie, but actually, I’ve already read all this topics, that’s why I post this new topic! 
I contacted Hammy Hamilton, and he replied me very kindly, he seems to be a great man to deal with. I know his great reputation as a flute maker, so I’m very interested to see how his low-whistles play.
Ok, I sweared I would not buy a new low whistle before receving my MK Low F (In march 2011 I hope), and because of my car problem it’s not really the moment but, errr, well, hmmmm… Christmas being nearly in a month, I think I’ve found the present I’m going to make me offer.
It will be less useful than a skirt ot a razor, but hey, have you ever tried to blow in a razor?

I’m relatively new to the whistle but got a Hammy Low D a few weeks back and I love it. I tried out a couple of others and prefer this one, looks-wise and sound-wise. It has a real chiffy sound to it and has an amazing bottom D, you can get real volume out of it. I have got the hang of the ‘pipers grip’ already, pretty easy to conquer. There is no holding back with the upper register notes, you have to give it a good blast, don’t worry about the neighbours. I can highly recommend it. It does take a bit of warming up, although I live in Scotland where it is currently 3degrees. A few minutes sitting on the radiator does the trick:)
