Grinter products

Hey, All –

I just received my Grinter high-D, and it absolutely blows me away. It takes very little wind, is incredibly responsive, has an all-wood airway, and is absolute eye candy. It seems at first play to be not as balanced across the octaves as some whistles.

My question is: I’ve heard that Michael’s strength is really in his low whistles and flutes. I’m not really in the market for a low-F or -D, but I’m interested in hearing about E, A, low-G, and low-E whistles, and D flutes.

Also, if anybody in the greater DC area has a Grinter flute, I’d love to pay a visit and try it.
