Hi,
Here is a web site that I found about the company. It is a french flute. Jon
I have one too. Very famous maker according to some replies I got on woodenflute list.French flute, simple system 5 keys. c.1875. Given to me in exchange for a sax lesson. Nice quiet tone, low air requirement and in tune.
What do you mean by covered keys?
Tots
means its not a opened ring key flute..
mine is a wooden standard Boehm flute
Looking for reviews.
Anyone else have a Gautrot 5-keyed flute with inverse conical bore?
Also, what notes are associated with each of the 5 keys.

Dunno if my flute is inverse conical, but the keys are for Cnat, Bb, G#, short Fnat, Eb.
