I’m selling my Shaw low D, thought I’d give the board member first shot before I eBay it. I’m asking $68 postage paid to the US. The mouthpiece has been sanded and sealed to prevent that yucky wooden taste. Fingerholes are small and it has a nice reach. Takes a good amount of air to play. Please email me off board if interested, if I don’t hear from anyone by the end of the day Eastern Time on the 12th, it’ll go to eBay. Got my eye on a parlor guitar…

What’s a parlor guitar?

Parlor guitars were popular around the turn of the century roughly. They have a regular scale neck, but with about a 3/4 size body. They are used mainly for fingerpicking, not strumming. Lately they have been gaining a new popularity. Do a search on parlor guitars, even on eBay and you’ll see several examples. I’m looking at a Larrivee model.
