FS: Saltarelle Connemara III B/C button accordion $2850 OBO

Instrument was recently overhauled and tuned by a master accordion repairman. B/C tuning. Same model designed and used by John Williams during his Solas days. 3 voice, 2 and a half row LMM w/ 3 stops and 12 bass with 2 stops. The extra half row allows for some very cool melodic triplets and chords not possible on a standard two row. Full, punchy sounding reeds with strong volume. It is a larger box but the easy response and action make it seem lighter than it is. It has been through a few owners and many tours and sessions so it has many cosmetic dings and nicks but it is playing better than it ever has with all the new work. I hate to sell, but had to go into some debt for a new box and the old Salty must go to a new home. A great playing and sounding box for Irish trad.
