I am selling my Michael Burke Low E Aluminum tunable whistle. The Price is $200 or best offer. I bought this new in 2002 from Michael. The whistle is engraved like most Burke whistle. It reads “Low E Al Pro MB 9/2002”. This is a lovely whistle with sweet tone and GREAT tuning all the way into the third octave. The fipple is a bit longer than the fipples that Michael currently makes, but i like it better. This whistle is in very good condition with only a few minor scratches that do not effect its playing. Included is a protective plastic case (see picture below). Although it has been played a lot, it has been stored in a protective case the whole time I have had it. This is a more rare whistle and brand new it would be $230. This whistle could also be made into a Low Eb or Low D buy purchasing either body from Michael Burke. Pictures…

Hi - Can you tell me the exact measurement between the center of the low D hole (bottom hole) and the E hole? Then, the distance from the E hole to the G hole? Thanks. Ron

From the top of the D hole to the very bottom of the e hole is 1.25 in or 4.3 cm. The distance from the top of E hole to the bottom of the G hole is 3 3/8 in or exactly 6 cm. the spacing of the holes on this whistle are very good, especially since it is a Low E.
