Actually, after speaking with him, it’s quite a reasonable price. He wants them to be played, not to end up in someone’s “collection.”

Do you know if he’s giving up the pipes or just switching sets? I’m guessing the first and hoping the second ![]()
He’s not playing them anymore. He’s owned them since the early 70’s. He’s spending most of his time writing nowdays. Not everything about the W. Rousome part of his pipes is in original condition. Pat Sky has fixed them up and replaced some parts.
Under other circumstances I’d have gone for them. Price isn’t bad considering. But the hosue hasn’t sold yet…
