FS: Kirk Lynch Concert Pitch Half Set

Kirk Lynch Concert D Half-Set - $3000
Chanter: Ebony, with some sort of rosewood, and brass mounts, C key, mounts for additional keys, wooden chanter top, good reed, in tune with a good soft and hard bottom D.
Drones - Same materials, good reeds, composite reeds(brass tubing/plastic tongue) in tenor and baritone, cane in bass.
Mainstock - Walnut or Pecan, I’m not sure. Bored for tenor and baritone regulators.
Bag - Older L&M, good condition, patched once about three years ago, no leaks.
Bellows - Good condition, pad on elbow side, wood is likely walnut stained black.
I’ve played this set for about ten years with no problems other than replacing the reed that came with the set about seven or eight years ago, and the normal issues that come with changes in the weather. The drone and chanter joints are corked, and in good condition. This set is the same set I’ve played every year at the S.E. tionol, so I can provide references as to the sound this set creates. Kirk is getting US$3725 for a new half set with these features. This set has been well cared for, but it is used, so I am asking US$3000. This does not include shipping or insurance. Financial situation, not desire, forces sale.

What’s that white stuff on the chanter above the thumb hole…and on the bell? Tape?

Must be lint or such. I’ve only used black tape to bring the back D down, and then only in winter.
I’ll post another couple images to give a better look at the set.
