I have a Humphrey Bb (pre-stealth) whistle in mint condition for sale. It’s a nice player, however, most of the tunes I can play well are in either D or C, so I haven’t used it as much as I thought I would.

Well, why not play your D songs in Bb. Just pick up the Bb whistle and play the Bb fingerings on it.
