I have a penny chanter made by David Daye for sale. Recently bought from another C&F member, it has a high C key on the back and a reed in good condition. I am not a piper and was planning on learning, but I found that I don’t have enough time right now, so I am putting it up for sale. It doesn’t have a chanter top, since the top that came when I bought it was for Scottish Small Pipes. One can be ordered from David, or another maker’s top can be used.
