Lovely dark tone, great intonation, and a very comfortable finger stretch (holes are medium-sized, not small). I probably would not have made the transition from silver to Irish flute if not for this instrument. Not what I would call a honker, but definitely strong enough to be heard in sessions. Flute is $2000 new with a waiting time of 6-9 months; I am asking $1500 or best offer. Selling to finance new pipe chanter. If you’re going to be at Catskills Irish Arts Week July 14-20 you can try it out if it’s not sold by then.
