This whistle is virtually brand new. I bought it about a month ago and have hardly played it. I didn’t find it to be a whistle that I had to have and I could use the money more right now. It is brand new but the brass is already very dull and seems to require a lot of upkeep if you want it to stay shiny. If you like an antiqued or “used” look to your brass then no problem. I paid $75 for it brand new. I’ll take no less than $65 for it and shipping is free. First come first serve.
