Hello everyone, I still have some Bansuris for sale. I knocked down the price so tell Santa to get you one for Xmas :slight_smile: They were handmade in Varanasi by flute maker Murtaja. I have 7 F, 8 Eb and 6 D (that is with all the holes closed). The flutes are in tune and are a good alternative for those who’d like to get flutes in uncommon keys but don’t want to break the bank or for those who want to approach the flute in a cheap way. I can offer combined shipping and accept best offers. Just contact me. They all come with hard cases. as you can see in the pic.

Why do yo consider D flutes and Eb flutes as flutes in “uncommon keys”?

Hi koktach, the tuning is spot on.

Sylvain, it wasn’t near Assi Ghat, it was north of Godowlia. I personally wouldn’t know how to get back there. The guy was a nice man also, not too pushy. I spend a couple of hours in his place playing the flutes to check the tuning and specs and drinking tea.

PS: I could also accept exchanges if someone has something interesting to offer.
