That is the “after” photo. He forgave me pretty quickly, and is still affectionate. May be a little while before the hormones calm down. Now, just 3 more males in the colony to do. Unfortunately, a friend in Venice, CA has just had a tame mom show up with 6 kittens, about 4-5 weeks old.
Bless you, Kevin. And that’s great about the $25 neuter! It took me about six years to get the colony that came with my farm squared away, and new strays show up every couple of years. At as much as $45 for a neuter and $75 for a spay it really adds up! I was able to get a volume discount on one batch, but still, $25 is great.
As for the rest of the planet … … SPAY OR NEUTER YOUR PETS, PLEASE so the rest of us don’t have to do it for you! There are enough hungry pets in the world as it is.
2 more (all) grey cats neutered and returned to the colony. Antibiotic for one with a puncture on a front paw. I named him “Micho” after Micho Russell. Believe I will use flute player and maker names for any other cats I get naming rights for.
