I don’t know about the other flutes but the boxwood Burns is a dream. I know because I used to own it and if I didn’t sell and have money set aside for a keyed flute I would buy it back in a second. Big sound, light weight and for a large holed flute remarkably easy to fill. It is also made out of Casey’s last supply of French boxwood that he aged for decades from a wind storm and he managed to acquire. I would like to add since this is in his professional line, rings, a tuning slide and even keys could added.
