Cost of one of $65 new so I’m not expecting an Overton low D or anything.
The Hoover narrow bore brass high D is arguably the quietest whistle made–certainly among the top 3. If you need a quiet whistle this is one to consider. It’s sweet and pretty, and I’m only offering it because I just don’t play it that much.
Will consider cash if nothing interesting comes along.
