Finally added tuning to 3QuarterSet and 4QuarterSet!

Hi y’all!

I finally figured out how to add the ability to tune the drones and
regulators in 3QuarterSet and 4QuarterSet +/- 50 cents in one-cent
increments!

Here’s a demonstration video of the new version of 4QuarterSet showing
how to play along with a Seamus Ennis recording pitched about 40 cents
flat of C#:

I’ve had to completely rewrite the underlying audio engine, it’s now
based on the same one as my concertina apps, so is also faster and
more responsive.

The updates are both currently in review with Apple, should be
available as a free download for those with the app by the end of the
month.

Both 3QuarterSet 1.6 and 4QuarterSet 1.4 with the new tuning feature were approved tonight by Apple and are now available as a free update on the iTunes App Store.
