Everyone ok?

An earthquake in England, massive power outage in Florida - just wanted to check and see that everyone is ok.

Boring here - not even any more flashes of light to liven things up!

I survived the earthquake.

The pictures here will give you an indication of the damage.

One fella was lying on his bed in an attic bedroom when the chimney fell on him and shattered his pelvis. He seems to be the major casualty, poor soul.

Apart from him, the spilled packet of biscuits pretty well sums it up.

Apparently the epicentre was Market Rasen. So I played the Market Rasen Quickstep this lunchtime in memory.

Don’t let your guard down now, Charlene. You never know when the next UFO will appear.

To reply to your question, everything is OK here. We are ready for Spring. I’m tired of trying to get the snow and ice off of everything. At least I have an electric heater in my bird bath for my fine-feathered friends. The squirrels also offer a lot of entertainment.

Oh! My Gosh! Spilt “cookies”!

Some of the brain trust hanging out at AOL are saying it’s God’s Wrath.

If it is, it’s probably for the Spice Girls. A bit late, if you ask me.

Excuse me, The Spice Girls are God’s gift to humanity.

Thankyouverymuch.

You are excused, since I know you are speaking of the God of Vengeance.

Oh, and I didn’t even know England had earthquakes. I also hope everybody is ok.

Do you own their Greatest Hits CD, which recently came out?

!!! !!!

But seriously, yes, good to know the quake wasn’t worse than it was.

How can you not love that? Look at those shoes! And their hair!

With no effort at all. I can go to Edina and see shoppers of that species any day. It gets a bit old.

Now THIS was a babe:

Well, okay, she’s not British, but, whatever.

At least one of them can sing!

Ah, yes. Milli Vanilli rears its ugly head. Those were the days…

ya’d think better timing would be in the job description…

She was cuter back in the pillow days. Even if she played one of those recorder things

 many of us were cuter then…

No earthquake in Devon: it obviously pays to stay in the south!

Whew!

Speaking of “is everything OK”, has anyone seen / heard from Cynth? I’ve been wanting to ask that for a while. I miss her. :frowning:

I miss her too. :frowning:
