I searched around, and haven’t been able to find an English translation.
I have usually seen this song titled as “Ólaim puins is ólaim tae”, which may give you some leads on finding the words.
Do you need something singable, or do you just want to know what it means? I could provide you with the latter, but I’m surprised noone would have translated this pretty common song (although the order of verses if different from what I’m used to.) Let me know…
