eBay boxwood C. Aine Flute...left handed?

Do my eyes deceive me or is this a left handed flute: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Antique-French-Clair-Godfroy-Aine-Boxwood-and-Silver-Flute-c-1840s-Flute-/271114248896?pt=UK_Woodwind_Instruments&hash=item3f1fab22c0

There are 11 keys, too, and for once I’m not sure I can identify them all, and that really bugs me.

Pretty flute though, and such lovely post mounted keywork.

Nope, your eyes don’t deceive you… photos are the right way round, I messaged the seller earlier and he’s added a note below them (though I’d really hoped he stick something up top).

If you scroll all the way to the bottom it says that they’ve been told it’s left handed.
Beautiful instrument and so complete. I love the top joint trill with two cups and the low b key, they really were working in a time before things became standardized, always nice to see something a bit different.

So why the two cups on one key? Something to do with nodes and/or hole sizes?

No idea!

Nothing special about the keys I’d say:
There are only 10 keys:
low B
low C
low C#
Eb
short F
long F
G#
Bb
C
D trill

In itself a D trill is not uncommon. This one is special with the double holes, but Claire Godfroy seemed to like it. Here is another example
