I admire you. Is it your rhetorical style, or do you really see every issue as completely black and white, lacking any ambiguity? I wonder if the inability to see any other point of view than you own is a defined psychological condition. It seems to be characteristic of fanaticism. The problem many liberals have is that they have way too great an appreciation of the complexity of the modern world.

Ever since this thread showed up, I’ve been wondering… Is a Satndard a bastard child of the devil?
I wondered if Satndard was the original name of Saturday but they decided it would be too hard to pronounce.
Ooh! Terrorists get a double Saturday? Sign me up! 
Why is it that we never “see” our typos but always see those of others? In my case, I type poorly and spell poorly too. I need to raise my satnards. Or abandon them altogether.
There is a lot going for abandonment…
Or cut and paste from something with a spell checker…
I should do that more often!
