Doorley danu and delrin

I know Tom Doorley has recorded on a Seery flute but does anyone know with certainty that this is a delrin model. Desi does make wood flutes; did Tom record with a wood Seery?

I know for certain it was delrin. I met him in Cincinnati and his flute looked like hell (tape and rubber bands, etc.). He told me he needed a flute that needed no care.

I talked with Tom in September and he just got his keyed Olwell that he waited 6 years for. He is absolutely in LOVE with the thing…

I met Tom in Boston and he had just gotten his Olwell. He was absolutely over the moon happy with it and let everyone try it afterwards, and then preceeded to show it off on his own. A couple of my buddies tried it, including Peter Molloy, and they all thought it was the best flute they’d ever played.

Hi, I just saw Tom play last sunday with his Olwell. I couldn’t believe how the flute sparkled under the spotlight. I have never seen a flute like it. Is it cocus?

David

Yes, it’s the most beautiful red Cocus I’ve ever seen.
Best,
Chris
