I pasted it into ABC Explorer and thought it a “bit normal”, but adding the lines :
Q:200
R:Hornpipe
and it fairly rollocks along
Just the opinion of an unsophisticated whistle-player, but I might even learn it
Are you playing the ‘right’ notes in the ‘right’ order?

The second half is repeated so you have 50% more notes than you need.

Why don’t you just play it?
Oh and some of the “suggested” ABC code on the timing is going to give you a dirge instead of a hornpipe.
Is it meant to be a hornpipe?
I like the second part the way it is, no need for a second ending.
