I had an order placed about ten months ago for a bunch of whistles. Then I emailed and reduced the number of whistles ordered. I think the whole order was cancelled or put on hold or something, but my emails are no longer responded to. I sent one a few months ago and another one a week ago, plus I tried the contact thing on his website. At this point, I’d just like the alto A whistle, but I can’t get a hold of him. My phone does not have international calling anymore, and since I’m in Texas, I’m working during appropriate calling hours. I don’t mind waiting a while for an email answer, if it saves me a phone call, but I’m starting to wonder if the email route is just a no-go at this point. Does anyone know more than me about this?
PS- I’m not angry or anything. I understand that they’re just two people, and Brigitte has some pretty serious health issues preventing her from helping much.
