D narrow bore reed making dimensions

I am going to start making reeds for my new Pat Stones D narrow bore chanter soon.

I have Pat Stones reed making dimensions to start with and would like to experiment with different reed sizes

If anyone has dimensions for D narrow bore chanters please reply so that I can begin experimenting.

Cheers

Right you are, sorry.

Here’s a scan of the template I use. I hope this explains it a little better. The width of the head can be 10 - 11 mm wide. The over all length of the reed is around 70 mm, give or take a mm here and there. The slip length can be 105 or 106 mm, again give or take a mm. But try and keep to the inner dimensions.

I hope this helps some.

I can understand it better this time Joe.
