Dimensions for a D Concert Pitch Bass Regulator

Looking for dimensions for my Andreas Rogge D concert pitch Detachable Bass-Regulator for uilleann pipes.

Originally the bass reg reed seat had the brass tubing to fit 3.2mm brass tubing staple.

I got Andreas Rogge to change the reed seat to fit 4mm brass tubing staple with the same type brass tubing like in the D chanter reed seat..

Why is the D Bass regulator reed so hard to get right in my Andreas Rogge Full Set as the the tenor and baritone reg reeds have no problems.

hi fergus, the bass reg is the easiest to get going as it is so long and the tuning parameters are more flexible.use a slip of 100mm length,85mm inner profile,13+head width,4mm internal staple 58mm long and a finished reed length of about 90mm.use a long and wide scrape and fit the bridle at the base of the reed.slan slan, allan moller.
