CP: Tour(s) anyone?

I will soon be sending off one of my tunable low D whistles to be reviewed. It would then be available for a short tour of the US if anyone is interested.

As well, I have a Stowaway telescopic brass whistle in soprano D that is not spoken for. It could tag along (stow away) on tour with the low D, or go on its own tour.

Please send me a PM if you are interested in looking at either or both of these whistles. I’m most interested in getting feedback so I’d be happy to include folks who wouldn’t mind doing a little review of the whistles and posting it on the board. I find long tours hard to keep track of, so I’m hoping to limit it to five or six stops.

Those look quite nice, and the telescoping aspect is very interesting. I’m not qualified to review whistles, but will be waiting to hear what the feedback is. The are very nice to look at.

I’m in, if you’ll have me.

I am lucky enough to be the first stop on the combined O’Brien Low D/Stowaway High D tour and have received them. I’ll not post much now so as to not influence the other seven folks who will see these two whistles before they get back to David.

I will say that I really like the Stowaway (and it’s in my shirt pocket as I type this).

I expect to send them on to the next stop on the tour in about a week or so.

Our San Jose whistle party is March 24 so that might be a good stop exposure-wise. I don’t play the low D meself, just too big, but I would love to see the telescope one and others there do play the lowbies.
