been trying to reach Martin via the email on his site for a last few weeks, anyone has a better email option?
is he hard to get a hold of?
thanks, e.
Eilam,
I’ve been in correspondence via email with him for the last few weeks about a flute he’s making for me. I don’t know how he usually is, but our correspondence has been a bit intermittent and brief. I chalked it up to his being busy, and hope that’s all it is. He has a reputation for being friendly and generous, so I hope there aren’t other issues. Give him a few days.
Sid
thank you Sid !!! no issues at all, i have a flute he made that i really like and want a soft case for it, i know he sends his flutes with one, so i hope he would sell me a case, but have not gotten any reply for 2-3 weeks.
Try the contact form on his site (these sometimes DON’T forward properly), the direct email address listed at the top, and his webmaster. His site was just updated with a blog post today (March 16, 2015) so someone’s at the helm.
Martin has a varying work schedule throughout the year, as sometimes it’s repair season (getting flutes ready for the competitions), or time for prepping wood, roughing flute bodies, keying flutes, plus of course he has other interests that also occupy his time.
thanks Kevin ! i’ll try that.
