He’s often busy at Rennaissance festivals and such for longer periods of time. It might take a few weeks until he gets around to answering your email.

No… I’ve just been considering to get one and had asked him a couple of questions. He was very nice and helpful and answered everything in great detail! Eventually I’ve been deterred only because of the (hard to calculate) hassle of getting things shipped overseas.
There are quite a few members here who have one though. You might also use the search function, there are a couple of experience reports.

Billy will respond…he also plays/tours…so it’s not uncommon for it to take a week or two depending on what he’s doing and his access to the net.
