Colin Goldie Overton Low D tunable, swap for qual high D

G’Day All,

I have a Goldie Low D tunable that had been made this year. This whistle was a present, but I don’t use it. I am willing to exchange it for a quality high D or C whistle.

If interested please email or PM me.

G’Day folks,

I have received several emails and PMs which I will answer you all now, and I’m sorry for my lateness. This has been my first opportunity to get onto the PC to reply and thank you all for your interest.

I have been asked by several about info on the Overton and I will answer best I can.

The whistle has been signed and dated June 2003 inside the bottom of the bore by Colin Goldie.

It also has the new PTFE type-tuning slide.

There is also a certificate stating the whistle has been handmade by Colin Goldie.

Hi All,

The Overton has been agreed. Thanks to all who had an interest in the Overton.

Good luck,
Seamus

Tell us what you’re swapping it for, would you? We’re always curious about these things…

I got a nice feadog D,

no seriously,

My daughter picked a Thin Weasel in blackwood. She has never seen one, but she has heard nice things about them. I would also like to thank everyone who made some very nice offers.

Hi Seamus,

If your trade in anyway doesn’t work out I have a wooden Schultz which is not very old maybe 4 months now. I would dearly love the Overton Low D.

check your PM.

Just a long shot I know.

Alice

Sorry Alice but the Overton is already on its way to Dan McAlister in the US and the TW is on its way to me from Dan.

Thanks anyway and I hope you find one.
