Hello all. I was wondering if anybody knows of any good celtic guitar tab sites on the web? I’ve found ceolas and a good webpage I had the net translate from french. I’ve looked around c&f a bit, but haven’t found too much yet. Anything out there anyone knows of out there, or links that I may have missed at c&f?

There are very few guitar tabs on the net lately, because the MPAA
has again threatened suit against the major Guitar tab websites. If
that is ever resolved, http://olga.net had a Celtic section with some
good tabs.
In the meantime, you can search the archives of USENET groups like
http://groups.google.com/group/rec.music.makers.guitar.tablature/topics
for Irish/Celtic tabs. There should be lots of stuff there if you’re willing
to wade through the search results.
I don’t know if this is going a bit too far, but if you happen to like my arrangement of two Irish jigs ( http://www.musicinmunich.blogspot.com/2007/07/my-guitar-arrangement-of-some-irish.html ) then I’d be happy to send you the tab. I’ll be putting up more arrangements in the future.
