If you enjoyed the NOVA SCOTIA KITCHEN PARTY at Milwaukee Irish Fest 2006, here’s another opportunity to hear Nova Scotia music in Milwaukee! On Saturday February 10 2007, there will be a concert at the Irish Cultural and Heritage Center featuring Nova Scotia artists Andrea Beaton, Kimberley Fraser, and Troy MacGillivray - all of them fiddlers, dancers and pianists.
Learn the Nova Scotia music and dance style Sunday at the the Irish Fest Center presenting workshops in fiddle, accompaniment, and dance. On Sunday evening there will be a traditional Cape Breton social dance [a combination of Irish Set and ceili dance.] The dance is open to the public and all ages are welcome.
