Good Afternoon! Nice website here. I am from Ontario Canada…does anyone know of an on-line dealer of Irish Tin Whistels in Canada?? Any help would be appreciated! 
Check out Sandy Jasper and her company West Coast Whistles at www.elfsongwhistles.com. Her whistles are very well reviewed, as you will see if you search this forum. I have her Sassy Brass in F & G and they’re fine whistles.
The only one I know of off-hand is West Coast Whistle Co., maker of Elfsong Whistles, run by Sandy Jasper in British Columbia. Sandy is very nice and her whistles are great, but be advised that she is not a general retailer of various whistles; rather she is a maker of Elfsongs only as far as I know.

If you’re looking for an on-line retailer, why Canada only? There are several good on-line shops noted in one of the sections on the main page here; unless you want to browse on-line and then go actually play them before buying. Most of the known makers/retailers are pretty good about customers being satisfied with what they bought; you can ask, if that’s the issue.
I have (actually Noah has it) a laughing whistle. Really good value, neat construction (it collapses), tunable, quiet and very much in tune. Until I sent it back it was my favorite in the house whistle.
Noah has it back to carry out a repair to the fipple - little bits fell out after my trip to Brittany in March.

There is one on the East Coast, but I believe there were plagiarism issues between his and Copeland’s whistles… Don’t know the name anyway…
If you are going for online, don’t limite yourself to Canada!
Also check out the Recorder Shop in Toronto (they have whistles too. I should say he has whistles since as far as I could tell it is one man who lives above his store!) Great selection of recorders, some flutes (three when I was there) and a varied selection of whistles (it changes from what I hear…)

There’s a music store in St. John’s, Newfoundland that sells various instruments and has a good selection of whistles like Generation, Susato, Feadog, etc but rarely any high end stuff. Their website is www.obriens.nf.ca if you care to take a look but they still haven’t got their online store up and running properly. They do ship all over Canada and I’ve only ever had good experiences dealing with them.
