I guess I do quite like his ‘Do What Thou Wilt’ philosophy in theory, but in practice it strikes me that too many people wilt nasty stuff.

I would agree that there are some paradoxes in symbolic and semantic reality. Certainly there are some conflicts between biological and social imperatives. None of this is insuperable (with a little help from my friends).
I’m inclined to raise a question. Should a member post that all important 1000 post on the Poststructural Pub? Will you get a hip hip hurray on the whistle board, flute board, ect? I was wondering if the congratulatory offering would be considered off topic and thus out of bounds.
Just want to do the right thing.
