Brewerpaul D - yowee-zounds

My new brewerpaul D whistle in Corktown Ironwood arrived this afternoon and - after an impatient room temp warm up - ZOUNDS, what a whistle!!! Took me just a few more minutes to adjust my lips to the mouthpiece but then . . . oh, then!

Whistle addiction - got it all over again!

Got one, agree 100%. Can’t wait for Paul to start making larger whistles. I’d love to see what he would do with a Bb, A, or G.

Busman D whistles rule! More forgiving than my Copeland, though not as loud.

Thanks for the kind words folks!
Bill, that’s Cookstown, not Corktown. Stuff comes from Australia, and is really nice to work with.

Paul: Please check your e-mail.
Best.

No physics involved-- whistles operate entirely by magic!

The Whistling Podiatrist & maker of exotic wooden whistles

Paul’s right, you know…now some of you have proof!!

Ive had a Kingwood whistle from Paul for about a month now. It gets more play than “The Rose”. The tone is pure and softer than the Rose. The second octave is clear whithout any squeaks and unoffensive to the person on the other end. It warms up well, whithout any clogging. A work of art that you can play!

Thanks Paul!

Hey Mr. Nate!

It’s good to see you on the board. You are a good judge of whistles, wood, and other materials, including leather. And states to live in, too!

Not to mention, he’s wearing nice shoes

Gotta agree with the Busmann as well… nice piece of work. I have one in ebony.

Mack and Erik,
It is good to have some friends on the board. Maybe we can start an argument about somthing else and take over this thread! (just kidding of course!)
Erik, It was your sound clip that originally persuaded me to get a Busman.
