Check it out on Phills website it is asoloutely fantastic!!!
I’ve got 3 Low Ds 2 Low Gs & 4 High Ds fitted in mine they are safe & secure and there are also a couple of pockets! Its really well made smart & tough
Honestly I cannot rave about this enough - has anyone else got one? Its
BRILLIANT
It does seem very, very nice -and pricey. It seems to be a bit much for a pouch I think. I mean for that price you could get quit a few Jerry Tweaked whistles… Althoug maybe I´ll have to get one some day anyway
I wish I could actually see this bag. The site froze two separate computers. I cannot get to the area where the bag is displayed.
Go figure…
Best.
Byll
What is not clear from the photo is that the bag has both a sturdy carrying handle and an adjustable/removable shoulder strap - and an outside zippered pocket.
Now, thanks to Stu and his thread, I spotted this three-piece flute padded bag. Hey, it would fit my wooden, three-piece Yvon Le Coant just fine, and my Alba “Broken Arrow” low D too. Just the right pack for motorcycling
At £10.- I’m tempted!
This one looks great as well! May be just the thing to carry a full low C+D+Eb set while keeping the whistles assembled! Now it’s £31.-
I just use a whiskey bottle box/tin (Jameson) with pipe lagging in. Great for the SOp D and C’s. A bit more awkward with the Low’s mind!
Looks god on the table too
Then again, I’m a Yorkshireman (Despite the location) and not renowned for spending money
and I did too: http://www.geocities.com/wchin8/whistleroll.html
I am very happy with mine. It meets my current needs, costs next to nothing, took a minute to actually make, and I think it is much nicer to look at than the black cases. Downsides are little padding if I need to stack stuff on top of it (which I don’t), and low marks for storage at home.

I like Bill’s suggestion. And, if you’re looking for a more protective case, you can slip the whistle roll into a pvc tube of your own creation or buy a ready made one. These are marketed for Native American flute, but they’d work for whistles (especially low ones) too: http://www.flutecase.com/catalog.shtml http://www.oregonflutestore.com/bags.html
Granted you’d want to have the whistles wrapped in a piece of cloth so they wouldn’t be clanking together.
You can also check out an outfitters/fishing supply store. I picked up a pvc tube case (padded ends, cordura covering, shoulder strap) that was meant for a fly fishing rod for under $20 US at a local store. It will fit two low Ds with no problem.
