I came across an ebay seller, purporting to be a fife/flute maker in the US.
Very cheap prices, hard to tell the quality of the flutes from pictures.

Anyone here come across this guy and his flutes?
He has a website with some interesting things:
I’ve bought from this maker, great guy! He makes fifes in various exotic woods and pitches. He doesn’t tune to 12TET or 440 though and doesn’t use a cork stoppered design so you can’t change octave width. They really are fifes in that the first octave isn’t intended for much use and they require a lot of lipping up and down at various places for good intonation.
