I have a flute which is not a great flute but would be fun for someone that wanted to fiddle around with a flute to see what it’s like.
It’s like new and just needs a home. If anyone would like it send me a PM and I’ll send it to you.
Sort of looking for someone that may have trouble getting a flute because they’re currently broke. So all you rich guys with good flutes give someone else a chance.

Might I suggest that whoever gets the flute send it back to you for reassignment in the event that they love playing flute and decide to upgrade in the future?
The flute has a home. I wish I had ten of them.
We’ll have to do this sort of thing more often. It was interesting how many of the requests were made in behalf of other people that the requestors knew. Makes me happy to be part of this community.

That’s a great idea. We ought to get a pool of instruments floating around the C&F community for folks to receive and share again as circumstances permit.

That’s an idea. I’ve got lots of cheapie whistles that I never use – such a shame to leave them sitting here collecting dust, along with my less favourite low Ds 
Right now I have a Clarke “Celtic” whistle. Something seems a bit off with it. If anyone has a an extra flute --which they know sounds right-- floating around, I’d take it.
